摩擦因数对板料冲压成型影响规律的仿真计算分析

摘要 用板成型计算机模拟软件DYNAFORM对钢板的主要变形方式,包括拉深、胀形和翻边等进行了仿真计算,分析了模具与板料之间的摩擦和润滑状态对变形危险部位安全裕度和厚度减薄率等数据的影响。结果表明,摩擦因数在不同变形方式下的作用效果差异明显,通过改变摩擦状态来改善材料的极限变形能力时应与零件的变形方式相结合。 The typical deformations of deep drawing, bulging and flanging were simulated by the computer simulation software of DYNAFORM. The influence of friction and lubrication between tools and blank sheet was analyzed on the safety margin and thinning ratio of thickness on dangerous regions. The results showed that the effects were obvious on friction coefficients in different deformation, Improving limit forming degree by changing the friction coefficient should combine with deformation mode.
