Puts forwards the method to use helium-oxygen mixture in the treatment of respiratory failure and describes the respirator of helium-oxygen circulatory based on C8051F020, which can realize PID controlling for the flow of He and O2 by testing the pressure and O2 percent in the airway. And analyzes briefly the measurement and control units in the respirator.
