摘要
当前医院物流管理由于欠缺量化的评价体系,因此受人为因素干扰较大。本文以供应商选择为例,通过模糊综合评判法的应用,变主观选择为科学的量化评判,从而可以最大程度地降低人为因素的干扰,保障医疗业务的质量,保证国有资产的安全。
Takes the merchandise provider selecting as an example and uses Fuzzy Evaluation Method to change the subjective choice into scientific measurable objective evaluation in order to reduce the influence of subjective factors as far as possible, ensure the quality of medical service and the safety of state-owned property, and also it is an effective way to control bribery in medical industry.
