纸介医用图像与干式激光胶片在骨折诊断上的比较研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的比较纸介医用图像和干式激光片在骨折中的诊断结果,明确不同图像介质对骨折诊断准确性是否存在影响。方法分别采用LD-A纸介质打印系统和KONICA DRYPRO 752干式激光打印机打印数字化骨骼X线图像。由4位(具有10年以上工作经验)放射科医师分别对80例骨骼图像进行独立阅片。按不同介质分两次阅读,间隔时间三周。读片结果采用LABMRMC软件进行ROC分析并绘制ROC曲线。结果采用两种介质阅片,其诊断结果不具有显著性差异。结论纸介图像阅片在骨折普通X线诊断上具有与干式激光胶片相当的诊断效能。 Objective To compare a dry laser printer with that of a paper printer to know if it is influenced on diagnostic accuracy of the fracture images. Materials and Methods For both a dry laser printer and a paper printer connected to PACS system, four radiologists (with ten years'experience ) interpreted 80 patients twice. The time interval was three weeks. Each time the radiologist used one type to interpret the images. The result was analyzed by the LABMRMC software and the ROC curve was painted.Results There wasn't significant difference in the results. Conclusion For fracture images which produced by direct digital radiography, the dry laser print has the same effect compared with the paper print.
