摘要
目的分析不同华桑种质资源桑叶总黄酮含量的差异,为桑叶资源的利用提供科学依据。方法采用甲醇提取,分光光度法测定。结果测定的10份华桑种质资源中,保靖4号桑叶总黄酮含量最高,为(71.67±2.96)mg/g;德江15号桑叶总黄酮含量最低,为(44.56±1.66)mg/g。结论华桑桑叶总黄酮含量较高,同属华桑的不同桑种质桑叶总黄酮含量差异极显著,但同一原生境的种质桑叶总黄酮含量相近。
Objective To obtain some basic data for the utilization of mulberry leaves (Folium Mori), the total flavonoid content of mulberry leaves from different Morus cathayana germplasm resources were determined, and the differences were analyzed. Methods After extracted with methanol the total flavonoid was determined and analyzed by speetrophotometry. Results Among the ten accessions of Morus cathayana germplasm resources determined, Baojing 4 had the highest content ( 71.67 ± 2.96 ) mg/g, and Dejiang 15 had the lowest content (44.56 ± 1.66) mg/g of total flavonoid. Conclusion The total flavonoid content of Morus cathayana is very high. Much variation can be seen in total flavonoid content of the germplasm resources from Morus cathayana. But the content of the germplasms resources from the same habitat is similar.
