摘要
目的以肿节风药材为原料,并用RP-HPLC(反相高效液相色谱)外标法进行含量测定。方法在单因素试验的基础上,选取提取溶剂、提取方法和提取液pH值这3个因素进行了3因素2水平的正交试验,进而筛选出最优的水平组合。结果提取肿节风药材中反丁烯二酸的最佳提取工艺是:提取液pH值为4.0;提取方法为微波提取5.0 m in;提取溶剂为70%乙醇溶液。结论实验结果为确定肿节风药材中反丁烯二酸提取工艺提供了实验依据。
Objective To determine the content of the fumaric acid which was extracted from Herba Sarcandrae by RP-HPLC. Methods On the basis of the single factor experiment, three factors were chosen with orthogonal design : extraction solvent, extraction method, PH value, then the optimal combinations of levels was defined. Results The results showed that the optimal combinations of levels of extracted fumaric acid from Herba Sarcandrae were extracted with 70% ethanol and microwave irradiation for 5 minutes, and the pH value was 4.0. Conclusion The result provides a technology for the extraction of fumaric acid from Herba Sarcandrae.
