决明子的生药学研究

目的对决明Cassia obtusifoliaL.和小决明Cassia toraL.进行系统的生药学研究,为其鉴别和质量评价提供科学依据。方法采用原植物、药材性状、显微鉴定的方法对决明和小决明进行对比研究。结果决明和小决明在生药学特征上有明显区别。结论通过对决明和小决明的原植物、药材性状、显微特征对比,能很好地区别决明和小决明。

Objective To study Cassia obtusifolia L. and Cassia tora L. systemically in pharmacognosy, and provide the scientific evidence for identification and estimation. Methods Cassia obtusifolia L. and Cassia tora L. were compared by original plant identification, morphological and microscopic identification. Results The differences between Cassia obtusifolia L. and Cassia tora L. were obvious in original plant, morphology and microscopic characteristics. Conclusion Cassia obtusifolia L. and Cassia tora L. are completely identified by the methods.
