摘要
目的建立蒲黄指纹图谱测定方法。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法,测定蒲黄指纹图谱,色谱条件:色谱柱为Shi-madzu C18(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-水(54∶46);流速1.0 ml.min-1;检测波长254 nm;柱温25℃。结果建立了蒲黄指纹图谱标准。结论该指纹图谱方法简单、快速、重现性好,可作为蒲黄的一项质控指标。
objective To establish the method of fingerprint in Typha angustifolia L. by HPLC. Methods The fingerprint was determined by HPLC. The analysis was carried out on Shimadzu Czs column( 150 mm ×4.6 mm,5μm). The mobile phase was MeOH -H2O (54: 46) with a flowrate of 1.0 ml·min^-1 at 254 nm and the seperation was performed at 25℃. Results The standard of fingerprint in Typha angustifolia L. was established. Conclusion The method is simple, quick and repeatable. It can be used in quality assessment of Typha angustifolia L..
