摘要
目的分析紫玉兰花挥发油的化学成分。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取,运用毛细管气相色谱-质谱联用法结合计算机检索对其化学成分进行分析和鉴定,用气相色谱面积归一法测定各组分的相对百分含量。结果经毛细管色谱从紫玉兰花挥发油中分别鉴定出了56种化合物,已鉴定挥发油成分占总挥发油含量分别为86.32%。结论报道了紫玉兰花挥发油的化学成分,为其综合开发利用提供了一定的依据。
Objective To analyze and compare the chemical constituents of the volatile oil from Magnolia liliflora Desr. Methods The volatile oil was extracted by steam distillation, analyzed by capillary. GC - MS and elucidated based on the standard mass spectral data. The relative content of each composition was calculated by area normalization method. Results 56 kinds of volatile components were separated and identified. The identified relative contents of essential oils were 86.32%. Conclusion The chemical constitutions of the volatile oil of Magnolia liliflora Desr were reported. The results have provided scientific proof for the further developments of the medicinal materia.
