HG颗粒对CCl_4复合因素致肝纤维化大鼠血清IL-1和IL-6含量的影响 被引量:4

Effects of HGKL on Serum IL-1 and IL-6 in HF Model Rats Induced by Carbon Tetrar-chloride Compounded with Other Factors

摘要 目的研究HG颗粒对CCl4(四氯化碳)复合因素致肝纤维化大鼠血清IL-1(白介素1)和IL-6(白介素6)含量的影响。方法70只SD大鼠,除空白对照组10只外,其余各组大鼠皮下注射CCl4,同时予高脂饲料和20%乙醇喂养6周建立肝纤维化大鼠模型,存活大鼠按性别和体重随机分为5组,再加上空白对照组,动物共计6组,分别给予药物或蒸馏水。空白对照组:蒸馏水0.1 ml/kg;模型对照组:蒸馏水0.1 ml/kg;HG颗粒高、中、低3种剂量组:6,3,1.5g生药/kg;复方鳖甲软肝片组:1g/kg,灌胃治疗,1次/d,连续4周。观察模型大鼠血清IL-1和IL-6含量的变化。结果模型大鼠血清IL-1和IL-6含量均明显增高。HG颗粒3种剂量组治疗后均能降低模型大鼠血清IL-1和IL-6含量,复方鳖甲软肝片亦可降低大鼠血清IL-1和IL-6含量。结论HG颗粒对CCl4复合因素致肝纤维化大鼠有显著的治疗作用。 Objective To explore the effects of HGKL on serum IL - 1 and IL - 6 in HF model rats. Methods Seventy SD rats excluding ten rats in blank control group were injected carbon tetrar - chloride ( CCl4 ) hypodermicly, and were fed with high fat diet and 20% ethyl alcohol for six weeks to establish HF model rats. Existing rats were devided into five groups randomly basing on sex and weight. All rats were given drugs or distilled water. Blank control group : distilled water 0.1 ml/kg ; model control group : distilled water 0.1 ml/kg;HGKL high, middle,low groups :6,3,1.5g crude drug/kg; FFgBJRGP group: 1 g/kg, once a day for four weeks. The contents of IL - 1 and IL -6 in serum were detected. Results The contents of IL - 1 and IL -6 in model rats were significantly increased as compared with the blank group. After treatment with HGKL high, middle,low dosages, the contents of IL - 1 and IL -6 in model rats were decreased markedly, so did FFBJRGP. Conclusion HGKL has obvious effect on HF model rats induced by carbon tetrar - chloride compounded with other factors.
