摘要
目的建立红车轴草总异黄酮粉剂中总异黄酮含量的测定方法,从而对该品进行质量控制。方法采用紫外分光光度法直接测定粉剂中总异黄酮含量,测定波长为250nm。结果回归方程为:Y=0.1312X+0.0095,相关系数r=0.9997,平均回收率为98.3%,RSD为2.06%,线性范围为1.0040~5.0200mg/ml。结论紫外分光光度法测定该粉剂中总异黄酮含量结果准确、方便、快捷、重现性好。
Objective To establish the determination method of content of isoflavones in Trifolium pratense Fenfi by UV speetromertry and control the quality. Methods The content of isoflavones was determined by measuring the UV absorbanee at 250nm.. Results The linear relationship was y = 0. 131 2x + 0.009 5 ,r = 0. 999 7 , the recovery was 98.3% , RSD = 2.06% ;the linear range was 1. 004 0 - 5. 020 0 mg/ml. Conclusion It is specific, accurate, convenient and rapid for measuring the content of isoflavones.
