摘要
目的观察GM颗粒对去卵巢大鼠结合低钙饲料喂养造成的骨质疏松模型的防治作用。方法采用双侧卵巢切除,结合低钙喂养3个月,建立大鼠骨质疏松模型。造模1周后模型大鼠随机分组给药。给药3个月后,大鼠取血后处死,分别测定骨密度,观察骨病理切片,测定各项血液生化指标。结果GM颗粒中剂量组(9.70g生药/kg),大剂量组(19.40g生药/kg),与模型组比较具有显著性(P<0.05);GM颗粒各剂量组均能增加低钙饲养的去卵巢大鼠骨密度(BMD)、明显改善造模大鼠松质骨的微结构;GM颗粒大剂量组能降低低钙饲养的去卵巢大鼠抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶(StrACP)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)的活性,与模型组比较具有显著性(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论GM颗粒能够增加低钙饲养的去卵巢大鼠骨密度,改善松质骨的微结构,因而能够增加骨强度,同时能降低碱性磷酸酶和抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶的活性,减少骨吸收,说明其对低钙饲养的去卵巢大鼠骨质疏松具有一定防治作用。
Objective To study the effect of GM granule on osteoporosis induced by ovariectomy and dietary calcium deficiency in rats. Methods An osteoporosis model was established through ovary resection and dietary calcium deficiency of female rats, rat bone mineral density(BMD) and biochemical indicator correlated with bone metabolism were measured. Results GM granule increased the BMD. The activities of serum tartrate - resistant acid phosphatese and alkaline phosphatase were decreased in ovariectomized rats. Conclusion GM granule could increase the BMD and improve indexes of bone biomechanics in GM granule - fed ovariectomized rats. It is effective on preventing bone loss induced by ovariectomy.
