摘要
目的探讨螺旋藻对铅中毒小鼠神经行为的影响。方法采用口服PbAc溶液方法建立小鼠铅中毒神经行为模型,用螺旋藻灌胃进行实验性治疗。持续6周后,用穿梭箱检测小鼠的学习记忆能力,用疲劳仪检测机体的耐力,并测定血浆超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力的变化。结果与对照组相比,模型组的学习、记忆能力下降(P<0.05);机体的耐力和血浆的SOD活力降低(P<0.01)。与模型组相比,治疗组的学习、记忆能力有不同程度地得到改善(P<0.05或P<0.01);同时,机体的耐力和血浆的SOD活力也增强(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论铅可降低小鼠的学习、记忆能力,引起机体疲劳,使血浆SOD活力降低,而螺旋藻可以改善上述症状。
Objective To explore the effect of spirnlina on neural action of lead poisoned mice. Methods Mouse model of lead poisoned was established by orally taking solution of lead acetate and the experimental mice were treated with spirulina by gavage, After 6 weeks, the ability of learning and memory was evaluated by shuttle - box and the body stamina was measured by rotating - fatigue instrument. The superoxide dismutase ( SOD ) activity in blood plasma was also determined. Results The learning and memory ability of model group was decreased compared with control group( p 〈0.05 ) ,and the body stamina,the SOD activity of model group in blood plasma were reduced compared with control group ( P 〈 0, 01 ). The learning and memory ability of treatment group was improved(P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0, 01 ) ; simultaneously, the body stamina and the SOD activity in blood plasma were increased compared with model group( P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Lead can damage the ability of learning and memory of mice, cause the body fatigue, decrease the SOD activity in blood plasma. But all the symptoms of mice can be improved by feeding the spirnlina.
