摘要
目的建立吴茱萸的HPLC指纹图谱分析方法。方法高效液相色谱(HPLC)分析,Diamond C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱,柱温35℃;流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸梯度洗脱,流速1.0 ml/min;检测波长327 nm。结果建立了吴茱萸的指纹图谱,标定了14个共有峰(RSD≤3.0%),符合有关规定。结论HPLC指纹图谱为吴茱萸的质量控制提供了更全面的信息,可较全面地控制吴茱萸的质量。
Objective To study the HPLC fingerprint of Fructus Evodiaea. Methods Chromatographic column. Diamond C18 column(4.6 mm× 250 mm,5 μm) ;Mobile phase: acetonitrile and 0.1% phosphoric acid in water in a gradient mode;Column temperature :35 ℃ ; Flow rate : 1.0 ml/min ; Wavelength : 327 nm. Results The fingerprint of Fructus Evodiae was established and 14 common peaks( RSD≤3. 0% ) were found in the fingerprint, and reached to some relevant provision. Conclusion The HPLC fingerprint provided much further information for the quality control of the Fructus Evodiaea, and can be used to control the quality of Fructus Evodiaea.
