摘要
目的建立反相高效液相色谱梯度洗脱法测定七叶神安胶囊中人参皂苷Rb3的含量。方法色谱柱为Hypersil C18(5μm,4.6mm×200mm),流动相为乙腈-0.2%磷酸溶液梯度洗脱:0~14min,19→33;14-16min,33→49,流速为1.0ml/min,检测波长为203nm,柱温为30℃。结果人参皂苷Rb3进样量在1.7696~10.6176μg(r=0.9999)的范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为98.22%,RSD=1.26%。结论该方法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于七叶神安胶囊的质量控制。
Objective To establish the method for determination of the contents of Ginsenoside Rb3 in Qiye Shen'an capsule . Methods The chromatographic conditions included Hypersil C18 column(4.6 mm ×200 mm , 5μm )and the mobile phase consisted of acetonitril - 0.2% phosphoric acid : 0 - 14 min, 19→33 ; 14 - 16 min, 33→49. Detection wavelength was at 203 nm. The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min. Column temperature was at 30℃. Results There was a good linear within the range of 1. 7696 - 10. 6176μg for Ginsenoside Rb3 with r =0.999 9. The average recovery was 98.22% (RSD = 1.26%,n =6). Conclusion The method is simple, accurate, reproducible and can be used for the quality control of Qiye Shen'an capsule.
