摘要 采用反应性硅氧烷作为VPI环氧树脂的活性稀释剂,研究了含有不同反应性基团(环氧基、乙烯基或氨基)的硅氧烷对VPI环氧树脂粘度、储存稳定性、固化反应以及固化物介电性能的影响。结果表明,含有环氧基和乙氧基硅烷结构的硅氧烷对环氧树脂固化反应影响比较小,固化物具有良好的绝缘性能和耐热性。 Reactive organosiloxanes were employed as diluents for VPI epoxy resin. The influences of organosiloxanes containing different reactive groups (epoxide, vinyl, or amino) on the epoxy curing reaction and performances of cured epoxy resin were studied and compared. The results show that the diluents containing epoxide and ethoxylsilanes have slight influences on the curing reaction, and the cured epoxy resin exhibites good insulating properties.
