摘要
以磷酸二氢铝、镁为主要粘结剂,胶体二氧化硅、磷酸二氢铵、硼酸、氧化镁为助剂,研制出一种新型水溶性无机硅钢片漆。经过实验证明,该无机硅钢片漆除符合通用硅钢片漆的基本要求外,还具有较好的贮存稳定性,优良的耐高温性,可保证长时间在600℃的条件下漆膜不被破坏,并在600℃的条件下满足"热振"要求。
A new kind of water-soluble inorganic silicon steel sheet varnish was developed, which took aluminum dihydrogen phosphate and magnesium dihydrogen phosphate as main binders, and colloidal silica, ammonium dihydrogen phosphate, boric acid, and magnesium oxide as additives. The result indicates that the varnish meets the basic requirements for general silicon steel sheet varnish; in addition, it has better storage stability and high temperature resistance. On the condition of 600℃, the coating film won't be broken for long hours and it meets the requirements of "thermal vibration".
