鼻腔原发性恶性黑色素瘤15例报告

Primary Malignant Melanoma of Nasal Cavity (Report 15 cases)

本文报告１５例原发性鼻腔恶性黑色素瘤，结合文献对其临床、病理特点进行分析。该肿瘤好发于５０岁以上男性，患者多表现为单侧鼻塞，伴有鼻出血、头痛，肿瘤外观多呈息肉状。镜下，以多种细胞类型和组织形态混合存在为主要特点，免疫组化染色对诊断本瘤的无色素型有重要意义，并对本瘤的治疗及预后进行讨论。

Fifteen cases of primary malignant melanoma in nasal cavity (PMMNC) were reported and the relevent articles on malignant melanoma were reviwed in this paper.The clinical、pathological feature treatment and prognosis of malignant melanoma were discussed.The results showed most of PMMNC was polypoid. The principal features were the mixed existance of different cellular patterns and morphologies. Immunohistochemical reactivity to HMB-45 was of importance for diagnosis of amelanotic type of PMMNC.
