摘要
论述了氩中氖气体标准物质的制备方法、稳定性参考值、不确定度计算,证明达到国家二级气体标准物质要求。该制备方法可行,量值准确可靠。
The preparation method of gas reference material for neon in Ar is discussed. It is proved that the gas reference material reaches to the standard rate of secondary reference material from its stable reference and uncertainty calculation. This preparation is feasible and the value is exact and reliable.
