本文总结２４例（３４次）急性四肢动脉栓塞诊断和治疗经验。作者采用ｆｏｇａｒｔｙ导管取栓联合抗凝抗聚治疗，方法简单，疗效确切。本病预后取决于就诊时间。

Twenty four cases of acute arterial obstruction in limbs were reported in the department of general surgery of affiliated hospital.It shows that embolectomy using fogarty catheter,together with antiaglutinative and antithrombotie therapy,is a simplified,safe and efficient management of acute extremity ischaemia.It also shows that the prognosis of acute arterial obstruction is related to the time of diagnosis.
