摘要
文中以主减速器为研究对象,以三维绘图软件UG和Visual C++6.0编程软件为平台,开发了基于UG的主减速器标准化库软件。在主减速器的各个零件基本尺寸确定后,软件将在外部数据库的支持下按照输人的设计参数确定内部几何结构尺寸参数,最终实现主减速器三维造型的输出。与传统的设计方法相比,这种方法提高了设计的精度和效率。
Takes final reduction gear as research object,uses three-dimensional drawing software UG and Visual C++6.0 programmable software as platform,develops final reduction gear standard database software based on UG,after the basic dimension of each parts of final reduction gear is fixed,software fixes internal geometry structure dimension parameter according to the input design parameter under external database support,finally realizes three-dimensional modeling of the final reduction gear output.Compared with traditional design methods,this method improves design precision and efficiency.
