目的介绍常规控制图在标准物质期间核查中的应用。方法通过绘制校准曲线斜率的单值-移动极差(X-R)控制图,实现标准物质的期间核查。结果X-R控制图表明校准曲线斜率处于稳定受控状态,即标准物质可信。结论利用统计方法绘制常规控制图对标准物质进行期间核查,方法可行,能达到期间核查的目的。

[Objective] To introduce the application of routine control charts in the intermediate check-up of reference materials. [ Methods] To carried out the intermediate check-up of the reference materials through drawing calibrating curve slope X - R control charts. [ Results] The X- R control charts showed that the calibrating curve slope was under good control, that is to say, the reference materials were reliable, [ Conclusion] To draw calibrating curve slope X- R control charts using statistical method to conduct intermediate check-up on the reference materials is feasible and applicable.
