摘要
根据猪胴体加工工艺,重点介绍在胴体加工过程中的输送、旋毛虫检验、同步检验、劈半等工艺及设备,同时,笔者结合多年的实践经验,提出了一些见解及操作方法。
Based on the pig carcass, the technology of carcass transport, the trichina inspection, the synchronous inspection and the halfcarcass split and equipment were introduced in this paper. In the meantime, some views and operation methods were put forward according the authors practical experience.
