创建天津市无公害猪肉安全保障体系的几点建议

摘要 根据天津市政府为确保全年无重大食品安全事件发生的要求,各类综合市场、专业市场、商场、超市等建立了进货检查验收制度、购销台账制度、销售食品质量承诺制度,并建立了"厂场挂钩"与"场地挂钩"等协议准入制度、流通环节食品退市制度。针对天津将对肉类食品社会资源进行整合的情况下,提出了建立适合国情,适应天津市情的,并可实施的猪肉安全保障体系的建议。 Based on the requirelnent of Tian -jin government to ensure no important food safety event appear,a few systems were established in comprehensive market, specialized market, emporium and supermarket, for example: purchase checking and accepting system , purchase - sale machine account system, sale food quality service guarantee systeln, access system about " factory - market" and " market - area" , delisting system about food circulation link. According to the situation that Tian -jin governlnent would integrate social resources of meat products, suitable and implemented suggestions for establishing pork safety protection system were put forward.
