在分析、研究国内外先进体育管理人才教育管理的基础上,提出适于我国国情的体育管理专业人才培养模式,即在人才培养中用市场经济教育模式来改革计划经济教育模式,用个性化来改革高度集中的统一化,用优化组合来完善教学体系等方法和手段,提高我国体育管理专业人才的竞争力,以期完善我国体育管理专业的教学体系,对我国教育改革起到一定的促进作用。

The author analyzes the method of how to build up advanced talents and proposes how to form a kind of talent buildup mode which is suitable for the curet situation in China. We should use the mode for market economy to replace the one for planned economy in the education of talent buildup and place centralization with personalization and takes some measures such as optimized combination to improve the educational system which We expect to improve the teaching and educational system of our country and to enhance our talents competition.
