运用文献资料法,调研法,在多年从事气排球运动实践的基础上,探讨气排球运动的起源与发展,分析气排球运动项目的创新特点、场地器材与技术规则的创新变化、运动健身的创新价值。研究认为:气排球运动是我国在世界排球运动发展史上的最大创新。我国首创气排球运动是一项具有减重、减速、降低网高、缩小场地、适当放宽规则特性又保留传统排球特征的竞技健身性的大众化体育运动,具有很高的竞技健身与娱乐观赏价值,拥有着良好的发展前景和推广价值。

The author analyzes the characteristics of balloon voileyball sport originated in China,and discusses the technical rule in the development of balloon volleyball sport and innovational features of body - building value. Balloon volleyball is the greatest creation made by Chinese in the world history of the development of volleyball sports. It has high value in athletic body - building, entertainment and appreciation with a bright prospect of development.
