摘要
篮球后备人才梯队建设是浙江省竞技篮球赶超全国先进水平的捷径。在通过分析浙江省篮球的发展趋势以及各俱乐部球队年轻球员的专业水平发挥的基础上,在培养体制、体能训练及基本技术等方面提出浙江省篮球竞技后备人才培养的对策。
The echelon construction of basketball reserve talented person is a shortcut to catch up the national advanced level for athletics basketball. Based on the analysis of basketball developing trend and special field level of young players in every team of club, the author brings foreard the countermeasure of basketball reserve talented person in Zhejiang provice on training system,physical power training and funclamental technology.
