比赛会使糖大量消耗,脱水和电解质丢失,从而使运动能力下降,而合理的液体补充可使篮球运动员机能水平提高,抗疲劳能力增强。
Competition can consume with carbohydrate, water and electrolyte, which way make the bad influence on the ability of sports, but reasonable amount and selection supplement fluid can in,prove the mechanism function of basketball players as well as anti - fatigue.
