通过调查备战第十届全运会的吉林省女子长跑队员的膳食营养状况,并对其做出评估,旨在为科学训练、提高运动成绩和平衡膳食提供依据。
The autror researches the food nutrition of the female long - distance runners who gill represent Jilin province during the lOth National Games and evaluates it in order to provide the basis for scientific study and balanced diet,and so as to increase sports results.
