摘要
轮滑运动作为一种老少皆宜的大众健身类运动项目渐渐地被人们所关注,有些学校已经将其列为体育课程中的一项重要科目。但由于轮滑运动有其自身的特点,使得大部分学生在轮滑学习过程中产生不同程度的心理障碍。从认知心理学的角度入手,对学生在学习过程中产生心理障碍的原因以及如何克服进行论述,为广大师生的教与学提供一定的理论依据。
Roller - skating, as a mass fitness exercise which is suitable for all ages,is gradually paid close attention by people and is arranged as an important subject for P.E. curriculum in some school. But roller- skating has its own characterisfics,which makes moat students have poycholngical barriers in degrees during the course of studying roller- skating. This article discusses the causes of students' psychological barriers in learning roler- skating and how to overome it,it also provides theoretical basis for both teachers and students.
