江西省国家级贫困县中学体育新课标实施现状调查分析

Actuality of the New Course Standard in National-level Poor Countries in Jiangxi Province

采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计等研究方法,对江西21个国家级贫困县84所400名中学体育教师进行调查。调查结果表明:虽然贫困县由于资金缺乏,学校硬件设施较差对新课标实施影响较大,但是,学校领导与教师对新课标不够重视是导致江西省国家级贫困县中学新课标实施效果不佳的关键所在。为此,上级有关部门应把新课标的实施情况作为对学校评估考核的重要指标,并采取定期与不定期的检查。

With the methods of literature, questionnaire, statistics, the author investigates 400 physical education teatehers of 84 middle schools in 21 national - level poor countries. The rsults show that although the bad school hardware facilities have a great influence on the new course standard implementation, the key that the new course standard is not very effective is the casual attitude of school leaders and teachers to the new course standard. For that reason,higher authorities should take implement condition of the new course as a important index to check school,aud take routine or not routine check.
