论定向运动与城市休闲体育的融合

A Study on the Integration of Orienteering and the Urban Leisure Sports

通过分析定向运动的特点以及城市休闲体育的特征后发现二者所体现出的内涵相吻合,故提出定向运动与城市休闲体育应实现有机融合,它不仅会推动定向运动在我国的快速发展,而且对于我们构建和谐社会、促进全民健身、提升城市生活质量有极大的推动作用,并进一步提出促进定向运动与城市休闲体育有机融合的对策与建议。

According to analysis of the characteristics of the orienteering and urban leisure sports, the author finds the functions of them are correspondent. So the author proposes that the ofienteefing and urban leisure sports should be systematically joined together,which will be advantageous not only to the fast development of the orienteering on our country, but to our duty to construct harmonious society, the promotion of national fitness, and the improvement in the quality of urban people＇ s life.
