摘要
由于超声波流量计在管道中测流时,具有不破坏流场,没有压力损失,不影响正常工作,测流费用少,适用于大小管径等特点,将它应用于管道的泄漏监测是非常合适的。管道信号的特征提取是管道泄漏监测系统中重要的组成部分,由于信号处理工作难度较大,并且泄漏判断的误报警率较高,故提出利用混沌理论的超声波流量计监测方法对管道信号进行特征提取,根据特征量的变化判断泄漏,对实际信号进行了处理并验证了该方法的可行性。
The ultrasonic flowmeter in the pipeline flow measurement, flow field is not damaged, no pressure loss, doesn't affect the normal work flow measurement, cost less and applicable to the characteristics of large and small diameter, it is applied to pipeline leakage monitoring. Pipeline signal feature extraction pipeline leak monitoring system is an important component of the signal processing because it is quite difficult,and high error alarming rate of leakage judgement. This paper proposes the use of ultrasonic flowmeter chaos theory monitoring signals on the pipeline feature extraction, based on characteristics of the changes in judgement leakage,the actual signal verifies feasibility of the method.
