摘要
为提高制动性能检验数据的准确性,建立了制动性能检验数据的处理系统。通过对制动性能检验中涉及的轴重信号、制动力信号曲线拟合的分析研究,最终得到轴重信号的数学模型以及制动力信号的B-样条函数拟合曲线,抑制了轴重信号的周期性动载干扰,消除了制动力信号拟合的剧烈震荡,有效解决了制动性能检验模块抗干扰问题。
In order to improve accuracy of braking performance testing data,the processing system is set up for this purpose. The system analyzes signal of axle weight and signal curve fitting of braking force,the mathematical model of axle weight and B - spline fitting curve of braking force are obtained. It restraints periodic moving - load of signal of axle weight and eliminates signal fitting oscillatioh of braking force, experimental results verify that this system is effective in overcome anti jamming of brake testing module.
