摘要
基于更新理论和优化理论,建立了2个车辆最优维护周期数学模型,模型考虑了现行的车辆检测诊断与维修制度,其优化目标的选取体现了车辆使用与维修决策者最为关心的经济性问题。研究结果显示:更新理论完全可用于指导车辆的维修决策,而且对简化问题的数学模型及模型的解非常有效;运行试验的验证结果表明,基于更新理论和更新函数所建立的车辆最优维护周期数学模型的解是准确、可靠且符合实际的。
Two mathematical models for the vehicle optimal maintenance period were established based on renewal thory and optimization theory. The models put the currently in effect regulations of the detection,diagnosis, maintenance and repair of the vehicle into consideration, choose the economical benifit that the vehicle application, maintenance and repair policymakers concern for as the optimization objective. The research results show that renewal theory can be used to direct the policymaker of the vehicle maintenance and repair and it is very effective to simplify the mathematical models and the solutions to the models. The mathematical model for the vehicle optimal maintenance period based on renewal theory and renewal function can provide the accurate, reliable and practical solution.
