摘要
提出了二次调节静液传动技术的新概念,将其由压力耦联系统扩展到流量耦联系统。介绍了二次调节流量耦联系统的基本组成、工作原理和特点,分析了与二次调节压力耦联系统的区别;建立了该系统的数学模型,并进行了试验研究。试验结果表明,该系统能实现重物势能的回收与重新利用,并能实现电动机、液压蓄能器和负载之间的功率匹配。
A new concept of static-hydraulic system with secondary regulation was proposed, extending the coupling concept from the pressure coupled system to the flow coupled system. The basic configuration,the working principle and the characteristics of the flow coupled system with secondary regulation(FCSSR) were introduced and the differences between FCSSR and the traditional pressure coupled system with secondary regulation and between FCSSR and the traditional flow coupled system were analyzed. A mathematical model was established for FCSSR, and the test was performed. Test results indicate that FCSSR can recover and reuse the potential energy of the weight and realize the power matching among the electric motor,the hydraulic accumullator and the load.
