阿魏酸钠对阿霉素肾病大鼠肾脏保护作用的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨阿魏酸钠对阿霉素肾病大鼠肾小管上皮细胞表型转化的作用及其可能机制。方法采用阿霉素静脉注射制成大鼠阿霉素肾病模型(B组和C组),治疗组(C组)第4周起肌肉注射阿魏酸钠(50mg/kg),对照组(A组)及肾病未治疗组(B组)喂水(3kg-1·d-1),于第4、8、12、16和20周末分批处死大鼠,观察肾组织病理变化,检测肌成纤维细胞的标记蛋白-α平滑肌肌动蛋白(α-SMA)在肾小管间质中的表达。结果20周B组大鼠肾小管间质α-SMA半定量为6.8±0.6,明显高于C组(4.4±0.4),差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01),且与小管间质损害程度呈正相关(r=0.878,P<0.01)。结论阿魏酸钠可能通过抑制肾小管间质细胞表型转化,对肾间质的纤维化有较好的防治作用。 Objective To discuss the effect of Sodium Ferulate on the phenotypic transfer of epithelial cell on the renal tubule in adriamycin-induced nephropathy rats.Methods The rat nephropathy model was established by adriamycin. In the Sodium Ferulate treated group (group C), group (B) Sodium Ferulate (50 mg/kg) was injected from the 4th week. In the control group(group A) and neohropathy group(group B), water(3 ml/kg.d) was fed. The rats were sacrifficed per batch at the weekend of 4th,Sth,12th,16thand 20th week, the pathological change of nephridial tissue was observed, the expression of α-SMA-protein of myofibroblast in the tuhulointerstitial was tested. Results The semi-quantitative analysis result of α-SMA in rats at the 20th week in group B was 6. 8±0.6, which was obviously higher than the value (4.4±0.4) of that in the group C (P〈0.01).The expression of α-SMA was related to the injury of tubulointerstitial. Conclusion Sodium Ferulate has a protective effect on phenotypic transfer of tubulointerstitial cell and fibrosis of tubulointerstitial.
