大肠癌中上皮性钙黏附蛋白和α-连接蛋白表达与其生物学行为的关系

Relationship between the Expression of Epithelial-cadherin,α-catenins and Biological Behaviors of Colorectal cancer

目的研究上皮性钙黏附蛋白(E-cad)和α-连接蛋白(α-Cat)的表达与大肠癌生物学行为的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学SP法分别检测62例大肠癌及15例正常大肠黏膜组织中E-cad和α-Cat的表达。结果大肠癌组织中E-cad和α-Cat阳性表达率分别为54.8%和50.0%,均明显低于正常大肠黏膜组织,差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。E-cad和α-Cat表达与大肠癌的分化程度和淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.05),且两者表达成明显正相关(P<0.05)。结论E-cad和α-Cat的检测可以作为临床判断大肠癌的恶性程度和转移的重要参考指标。

Objective To study the expressions of epithelial-cadherin（E-cad） and α-catenin （α- Cat） in colorectal cancer and their relationship with the biological behavior. Methods The expressions of E-cad and α-Cat were detected in tissue samples from 62 colorectal cancers and 15 normal colorectal tissues by immunohistochemical method. Results The positive rates of E-cad and α-Cat in colorectal cancers （54.8%, 50.0% respectively） were significantly lower than those in the normal colorectal tissues group （P〈0.01）. The expressions of E-cad and α-Cat were significantly related with the degree of differentiation and the metastasis of lymph node（P〈0.05）, and they were positively correlated （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The detection of E-ad and α-Cat may act as important reference indicators in the clinical judgment of colorectal cancer malign degree and metastasis.
