^(18)F-FDG PET/CT显像在胸部恶性肿瘤中的临床应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨18F-FDG PET/CT在胸部恶性肿瘤的临床应用。方法回顾性分析行18F-FDG PET/CT显像,并且临床高度怀疑或已经确诊为胸部恶性肿瘤的89例患者的临床资料,将其18F-FDG PET/CT显像结果与病理结果进行比较。结果18F-FDG PET/CT显像结果与病理结果相符率极高,肺癌的灵敏度为95.0%,特异度为72.7%,准确度为87.1%;乳腺癌的灵敏度为100.0%,特异度为80.0%,准确度为92.3%;食管癌、胸腺瘤、心包间皮瘤和肺转移瘤均能清晰显示其首发恶性肿瘤及远处转移灶或原发灶的情况。结论18F-FDG PET/CT在胸部恶性肿瘤中具有极高的临床应用价值。
