This paper analyzes the major significance and four main characteristics （strategy,scientific,authenticity and direction） of China Dairy Industry Policy. It also explains some main aspects of this policy, such as its aim, industry layout, raw milk provision, technological progress and organization structure. It aims to guarantee and promote the healthy and continued development of our dairy industry.
