国内消费者对转基因食品的消费态度——以北京和上海为例 被引量:21

An Investigation on Consumptive Attitudes of Home Consumer Toward Genetically Modified Food——Case Study on Beijing and Shanghai

摘要 转基因食品是人们所不能回避的。了解消费者对转基因食品的认知度和消费态度,对于制定转基因食品的生产、管理和销售政策十分重要。本文通过对北京和上海地区440名消费者的调查,发现国内消费者对转基因食品的认知度较高,但目前缺乏有关转基因食品的信息。对消费转基因食品的态度,接受与不接受几乎各占一半。"接受"的主要原因依次为因缺乏相关信息导致无法避免转基因食品、喜欢尝试新食品和一些知名公司销售的转基因食品;"不接受"的主要原因依次为转基因食品可能威胁健康、不知道消费转基因食品会产生怎样的后果、有关信息说转基因食品是不安全的、对转基因食品知之甚少和转基因食品是人造的。研究还发现不同学历的消费者接受和不接受转基因食品的原因存在许多差异。本文在此基础上提出未来转基因食品的研究方向。 Genetically modified (GM) foods can't be avoid in future, so consumers' cognition and attitudes towards GM foods are crucial for producing, managing and selling policy-making on GM foods. A survey of 440 Beijing and Shanghai consumers indicates that the consumers' cognition to GM foods is quite high, however, nowadays there are not enough information about GM foods. The positive and negative consumers' attitude is nearly equal to 50%. The three foremost acceptance reasons are ‘GM foods can't be avoid due to lack of related information',‘like to try new kinds of foods' and ‘some famous companies sell GM foods', and the five foremost unacceptance reasons are ‘GM foods might threaten health', ‘not clear the consumption aftermath’, ‘GM foods aren't safe to consumers' , ‘little knowledge about GM foods' and ‘GM foods are synthetic'. Findings also indicate there are many differences among acceptance & unacceptance reasons of different education background consumers. Implications of the findings are discussed and future directions for research are included.
