摘要
听觉脑干诱发电位,作为客观测听技术应用于临床检测患者听阈的一种手段,它能排除受检者人为因素的影响,有很强的可信度,尽管该法有一定的局限性,检测听阈范围为Z000-4000Hz但在传导性耳聋影响到高频区和感音神经性耳聋时均可正确评估听阈.对耳外伤患者听阈的评估,不能仅靠主观的纯音测听,用ABR测听结果来校正纯音测听的误差,有助于法医进行损伤程度及伤残等级评定.
Auditory brainstem responses(ABR) to clickstimula-tion are recorded and analyzed in thepatient with truamatic injury to ear.The resultsshowed that the hearing loss(conductive hearingloss of sersorineural hearing loss) can be detectedby ABR with the stimulation of pure tone in therange of 2000 to 4000 Hz.It is indicated that theABR would be an useful methods to evaluate thepatient.s hearing impairment and the disabilityextent.
