摘要
采用自行设计的动态模拟发泡挤出装置,通过改变加工过程中的压力、温度和力场进行微孔发泡实验。实验表明,对于超临界 CO_2,在6 MPa 时不能得到微孔泡沫塑料,8 MPa 以上才能得到微孔泡沫塑料;不同压力下形成开孔结构时的温度不同,16、12和10 MPa 压力下形成开孔结构时的温度分别是150、160、165℃;在相同的工艺条件下振动使产生开孔结构时的温度降低,并且随着振幅的增大和振动频率的提高,温度进一步降低。
Using a home-made dynamic simulation foaming extrusion equipment, experiments of PS micro-foaming were carried out with different temperature, pressure, and force fields. Microcellular structure of PS was obtained at 8 MPa. The temperature necessary for producing open-cells was found to be 150 ℃, 160 ℃, and 165℃ for pressures of 16 MPa, 12 MPa, and 10 MPa, respectively. The addition of a vibration force field improved the cell nucleation. At the same time, the vibration lowered the opencell temperature. The open-cell temperature would be lower when the amplitude and frequency were improved.
