摘要
分析了一套具有复杂抽芯动作的模具的运动特点,此模具在普通注塑机上无法实现动作要求,阐述了对普通注塑机的油路和控制电路的改造过程。当运动部件要求在开、合模的一个行程中既进且退动作时,可以充分利用注塑机中子、公模吹气、母模吹气等的电控系统和液压元件以及外接液压站实现动作要求。
The movement characteristic of a mould with complicated core-pulling mechanism was analyzed. The required movement of this mold can not be realized on a regular injection molding machine. The hydraulic and control systems of a regular injection molding machine was modified to meet the requirement. The existing controlling components including core-pulling, core blowing, and cavity blowing, as well as internal and external hydraulic systems were fully employed, the in-core and out-core of core-pulling mechanism could be completed in one process of mould opening or closing.
