Interventional Diagnosis and Medical Treatment Under CT Guidance

目的：就开展的85例CT引导下穿刺活检及介入治疗进行评价。材料与方法：活检42例，活检率达88．0％。脓肿介入治疗7例，脏肿病人均痊愈。肝、肾囊肿硬化剂治疗分别为8例，28例，随访6月～2年，囊肿31例（44个囊肿），疗效为95％。结果：CT导引下经皮活检及经皮细针穿刺治疗脓肿，硬化治疗肝、肾囊肿已成为一种有价值的方法。结论：此法安全，并发症少，而且取得满意的病理结果和良好的治疗效果。

Purpose: This study was to evaluate the 85 cases of CT guided biopsy and interventional therapy. Metesial and Methods: 42 cases of biopsy, the accuracy of biopsy was 88. 0%. 7 Cases of abscess were treated by interventional therapy, and all were cured. The were 28 cases of renal cyst and 8 cases of hepatic cyst, and all were treated with sclerosing treatment. Forty-four of thirty-one cysts were followed for six monthes to two years, the curative effect was 95%. Redults: CT guided transcutaneous needing biopsy and sclerosing treatment of renal cyst and hepatic cyst is a valuable method. Conclusion: Because of safety, low complication rate, getting satisfaetory pathologic result aud curative effect.
