摘要
多药耐药性（ＭＤＲ）是用化疗药物成功地治疗肿瘤的主要障碍之一。其机理涉及诸多因素。应用ＪＳＢ－１单克隆抗体，采用免疫组化（ＡＰＡＡＰ）对４２例急性白血患者ｍｄｒｌ基因天达产物Ｐ１７０进行检测，结果显示：Ｐ１７０表达率为３３．３％，其中初诊患者Ｐ１７０阳性率为２３．３％，复发患者５８．３％，初诊组阳性率明显低于复发组阳性率（Ｐ＜０．０５）。另外Ｐ１７０表达阴性组病人缓解率６７．９％显著高于阳性组缓解率２８．９％（Ｐ＜０．０５）。
Multidrug resistance (MDR) remains a major obstacle to successful treatment of acute leukemia.The mechanism of MDR involves multiple factors among which P gp is generally considered to play an important role in MDR.The present study investigated the P gp expression,a product of mdrl gene,in 42 patients with acute leukemia,by immunocytochemistry using monoclonal antibody JSB 1 against human P ap.The results showed that the positive rate of P gp expression was 33.3% with 23.3% in newly diagnosed patients and 58.3% in relapsed patients respectively.The positive rate in newly diagnosed patients was significantly lower than that in relapsed patients (P<0.05).In addition,patients negative for p gp expression had a higher complete remission rate (67.9%)as compared to patients positive for p gp. CR rate in alter group was only 28 9%(P<0.05).
