摘要
天津钢铁有限公司采用LTR穿水冷却工艺取代QTB余热处理工艺,在棒材生产线上研制并首次大规模生产大规格(ф50mm)460B英标螺纹钢筋取得成功。该英标螺纹钢筋在国标HRB335的基础上进行微合金化成分设计,通过LTR穿水冷却工艺,获得了良好的金相组织,达到了英标螺纹钢460B的性能要求。
Tianjin Iron and Steel Company Limited applies LTR quench cooling process to substitute QTB waste heat treatment process and succeeds in producing 460B BS rebar (ф50mm) in bar production line in a large scale for the first time. Its microalloy composition is designed on the basis of china national standard HRB335. Good metallographic structure is obtained by means of LTR quench cooling process and the property requirement of 460B BS rebar is met.
