摘要
为保证钢厂40Cr棒材批量检测中所使用的热处理工艺稳定、可靠,针对钢厂批量产品检测中试样数量及化学成分波动范围较大的特点,对40Cr热处理工艺参数及影响因素进行分析,给出了适用于钢厂批量产品检测用热处理工艺制度。
In order to ensure a stable and reliable heat-treatment process in 40Cr bar batch inspection, the author analyses process parameters and affecting factors of 40Cr heat-treatment and proposes a heat-treatment system suitable to batch inspection in steel-making plant according to the characteristics of great fluctuation in sample quantity and chemical composition in batch inspection in steel-making plant.
