介绍了天津钢铁有限公司正在建设中的2×110t电炉工程的电炉除尘控制系统以及工艺流程控制参数。该系统具有三电合一的控制方式和三级控制结构和特点,预计系统投入运行后除尘效果好,控制方式先进有效,降低能耗并减少环境污染,有很好的经济效益。
The paper introduces the control system and process control parameter of the dedusting control system for TISC 2110t EAF which is under construction. The system, with three-'E'-unification control mode and three-level control structure and characteristics, is assumed to be able to give good dedusting result after being put into operation. Its control mode is advanced and will be effective. The energy consumption will be lowered and environmental pollution reduced. In sum, good economic benefits will be achieved.
