摘要
天津钢铁有限公司为了进一步降低能耗,在动力厂率先进行风机、水泵变频改造。介绍了动力厂低压泵类设备运行现状,变频调速装置的特点。结合企业实际制定了改造方案并实施。改造后节电效果显著,两个泵组每年可节电120万千瓦时,约60万元,同时改善了设备运行状况及控制精度,为今后泵类设备节能改造的工作提供了一定的参考依据。
Tianjin Iron and Steel Company Limited carries out frequency conversion modification for fans and water pumps firstly at Power Plant in order to further reduce energy consumption. The author introduces the running status of low pressure pump apparatuses and VVVF features. A modification plan is made and executed in combination with actual situation. After modification, substantial electric energy is saved: the two groups of pump can save 1,200,000kwh per year, namely, about 600,000RMB. Meanwhile, the equipment running conditions and control accuracy are improved. The practice provides a reference basis for future energy-saving modification for the pump apparatus.
